MRH Schools uses both Star in grade Kindergarten through 6the grade and NWEA in grade 7th - 11th grade.  These interim assessments to inform students of their learning progress and support teachers in effective instruction. 

Star Data

Students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade complete the Star assessment three times a year.

Star GROWTH

Describes the extent to which a student’s growth trajectory estimates they are “on-track” to demonstrate a foundational understanding of grade level standards by the end of that academic year.

Star ACADEMIC READINESS

This describes a student’s level of academic content knowledge at a point in time.

This quadrant combines the academic readiness measure with the growth measure to describe the extent to which students are growing as expected to demonstrate understanding of grade level standards.

NWEA Data

MRH Schools uses NWEA interim assessments in grades 7 - 11to inform students of their learning progress and support teachers in effective instruction. Interim assessments are used in grades 3-8 for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics.
