Sausele Named Co-Coach of the Year
For the 2nd year in a row, MRH head basketball coach Joe Sausele has been named 2024-2025 Co-Coach of the Year for Class 4, District 4 by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association (MBCA). Coach Sausele, who is also the High School Career Connections Teacher, highlights an ongoing theme for every player and manager in the program: “You’re preparing yourself to do more important things than be involved in high school basketball.”
His three points of emphasis for scholar-athletes:

Three years of volunteering at St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry, fall and spring Saturdays

Volunteer yearly assisting with the Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfast
