It's never too soon to think about summer plans! The Summer Journey program offers free, full-day experiences for kids needing academic enrichment. Students can explore their world and discover new skills and interests in a variety of course offerings in a relaxed environment. Students entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2025 can get a jumpstart on school by joining us at Summer Journey.
We encourage all students to participate in Summer Journey, as it helps accelerate learning and reduce summer learning loss, setting the foundation for success during the 2025-2026 school year.
When: June 3 through June 27, 2025
Where: MRH Elementary School
Transportation: Provided for eligible students
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to keep your child engaged and learning over the summer!
Seventh-grade students have the opportunity to step up their math learning and prepare for Algebra-1 in 8th grade. This rigorous program involves independent study of advanced math concepts. While 15-20 students successfully complete this program each year, it requires significant dedication. If your child is interested in this advanced math challenge, please contact Middle School Principal Michael Zitzer at 314-446-3902
Students will have access to learning materials, lessons and resources through the Launch online platform. Certified teachers will provide in-person support on campus. Students will utilize a variety of instructional materials, including readings, independent assignments, and projects aligned with course standards. They can complete work both on campus and independently at home. Due to the self-paced nature of these courses, students may earn credit before the end of the summer program.
High school students can choose from two types of courses:
-
Credit Recovery: Students can retake courses to earn credit they missed previously.
-
Credit Acquisition: Students can take new courses to earn additional credit.
